Who Can I Talk To?

Has something happened to you that has made you feel worried or upset? You are not alone! Whether it happened online or offline, the quicker you tell someone, the quicker they can help you!

If there is an adult you trust and feel you can talk to, like a teacher or family member, you should let them know what’s happened as soon as possible.

Childline - there for every child, no matter how big or small your problem, no matter what time of day you want to contact them.

Childline is a team of friendly, kind people who are really good at helping anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.

You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, their trained counsellors are here to support you.

How can I speak to them?

- Use the link above to go straight to their website.

- Phone (0800 1111). Talking on the phone can be scary sometimes, but their amazing counsellors are here to support you.

- Online chat (https://www.childline.org.uk/login/?returnPath=/get-support/1-2-1-counsellor-chat/chat-entry/), where you can create an account with no email address and a different name so they can give you advice even if you don't want them knowing who you are.
