Read the two powerpoints below (one you will recognise from the Literacy this week).
Make notes on Victorian life however you wish - you could jot your ideas down on a mind map, flow chart, storyboard, list, poster etc.
Add drawings to your work and pop it up around the house. Test your family on what they have learnt from your amazing posters!
Using your notes from Topic 2 and your own research if possible, create an art piece focusing on the harsh differences between rich and poor life. You could focus on homes, clothing, schools, rules, jobs etc.
Explore different art mediums (pencil, paint, charcoal, prints etc). For example, you could use dark, bland colours for the poor scene and vibrant colours for the rich scene to highlight the divide and difference in quality of life.
