Keeping Our Hearts Healthy
Now we know what the heart is and how it works, this week we will be looking at how to keep our hearts healthy.
The two key areas for this are: Healthy Eating and Exercise.
The activities below will enable you to understand and explore the foods that contribute to a healthy heart.
You will also learn about and have a go at some exercise activities, which will get your hearts pumping faster, causing them to gain strength.
