Today we are going to change the story of 'We're going on a bear hunt' to 'We're going on an alien hunt.' Think about what obstacles you may come across in space. What sounds might they make. Use the planning template below to plan your story.



Today I would like you to start writing your story. You just need to write about the first two obstacles from your plan. You can use the template below or you can write it all out yourself. It would be great if we can hear some of these tomorrow during our live lesson when we will finish our stories.

Today we will finish writing our stories. Use your plan to see what your last obstacles are and use the repetitive language to finish your story. 



Today you are going to perform your story. Practise reading it aloud. You can then act it out with objects from around your house or you could draw background pictures and have a rocket on a lollipop stick flying past as you read the story. If you can record your performances, you can send the via dojo for us to see.
