Initial Teacher Training 

Staff at Bournemouth Park Academy take great pride in the support and experiences that trainees receive within our setting. We work with a range of providers, including Essex Teacher Training and Essex and Thames Primary SCITT

Eastwood Park Academy Trust

 

Bournemouth Park Academy is a member of The Eastwood Park Academy Trust (EPAT). In conjunction with Essex Teacher Training, we provide trainee teacher positions across a local network of schools in the Southend area.  

 

The following schools work within our partnership:

  • The Eastwood Academy.
  • Bournemouth Park Academy.
  • Leigh North Street.
  • Kingsdown.
  • Thorpedene Primary School

 

Applications need to be made through UCAS (www.ucas.com).

 

You must meet the following requirements prior to application:

  • A degree at 2:2 or above.
  • At least a GCSE level C or above in English and Maths (and Science if Primary).
  • Proven experience of working with children.
